Cancellation and Refund Policy
HealthyBody23 is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served or orders not being fulfilled. No shows, late cancellations, and late returns have an impact on service quality and product availability. For these reasons, Healthybody23 has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
2. Full Payment
Your order and or registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payment can be online for all products or services. We do not reserve orders or services without payment (unless specify).
An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of order or registration and payment. This email serves as a confirmation of your payment for order or registration.
3. Cancelation Request

4/ Refund Policy
Refunds request made more than 10 business days prior to order fulfillment will be subject to an administration fee of 10% percent of the original price.
Refund requests made between 1 and 10 business days prior to order fulfillment are subject to a 20% percent administration fee.
Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be transferred to a future order or package of your choice.
No Refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the 30 calendar days have past

We offer a full refund money back grantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more details below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an article purchase online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 30 days period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 7 days after their purchase to ensure it meets their needs.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, lables, free gifts, bonus item, manuals and documents that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping cost invoiced).

Refund (if Applicable)
Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return article. We will also inform you if your return has been approved or refused.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Products with obvious signs of use:
-Any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error; and
-Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Final Sale Items
We do not offer refunds for final sale items, unless they are defective.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an article for the same article, please send us an email at email@example.com and post your article to business mailing address provided.
If the article was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the article is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.
If the article wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the customer has had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the customer and the customer will be informed of the return.
